Had an avocado and lots of cherry tomatoes that needed to be used before the sure sudden descent into over-ripeness that always takes place when you look at them, say “oh that will last another day”, and end up binning in guilt the next day. Hence the so-chunky-it’s-not-guacamole above, and the old-standby-cherry-tom-pasta below.
